via QuickBooks with lower monthly software fees
At Accountivate, we use cloud accounting software so all of your business data can be uploaded and stored in one place. You can access instant financial updates on your phone or computer, generate invoices, track payments, collate expenses, monitor cash flow and manage HMRC submissions. Through software such as QuickBooks, we work and collaborate online — and by using our packages, your business benefits from a lower monthly fee for the software.
Every business must file year-end accounts with both HMRC and Companies House. Preparing these documents can be stressful and time consuming, but we ensure your year-end accounts are submitted accurately and on time. Year-end accounts provide a detailed breakdown of your business and form the basis for your Self Assessment tax return.
If your business is VAT-registered, you will need to complete quarterly VAT returns. There are different deadlines for accounts and tax returns — miss one and you could face financial penalties. We keep you on track and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Our cloud software also helps you stay compliant with Making Tax Digital (MTD), the government initiative requiring electronic records for VAT and income tax.
